Well known paediatrician Dr. Pinkesh Verma provides free medical services for Bal Niketan children. Dr Pinkesh Verma always find time from his busy schedules. He graciously visits us frequently and interacts happily with our children while carrying out the check-ups.

Dr. Suvik Ram Jyoti (MD, Eye Surgeon) has been visiting us to subject all our children to a Medical / Eye check up and we thankfully acknowledge his inputs.

Our staff provides first-aid, takes the children to the hospital for consulting doctors and administers the medication as per the directions of the doctors.

Medical check-up of each child is done in General Hospital, Sector 6, Panchkula on a regular basis, usually twice a year. Whenever a new child enters our fold a thorough medical check-up is carried out.

Detailed medical report books of each child are maintained. Regular medical care is an integral part of services rendered at Bal Niketan. For our children’s good health milk, fruits and healthy diet is a regular daily feature. Special supplementary diet like complan, bournvita, boost, chawanprash etc are also given regularly to growing children. Regular meetings are held regarding hygiene and health of each child with the mother-in-charge.
