Instructions for Booking a Meal
To book a meal online, just filled form given below. Once you have made the reservation, your booking will be confirmed through an e-mail. The payment can then be made in cash or via cheques/drafts following the guidelines in the "Making a Donation in cash & via cheques/drafts".
These can be mailed to our Office Address or brought there personally. In any case you will be sent a receipt of the payment after we have received it.
Instead of using our Online-Formular, you may also book-a-meal by contacting us via phone. Just select the day, type and number of menu and give us a call at 0172-2560780.
