My name is Baljit Singh. I have been in Bal Niketan for the last 10 years. My village is situated near the LOC of India and Pakistan. There my family was displaced a few times due to Indo-Pak war. So, the life was disrupted there. Due to this reason I also could not study there properly. I was not able to go to school everyday. Hence, my brother Karamjit and I shifted to Bal Niketan so that we can study properly and comfortably. Now I am in the 9th class of Holy Child School. I was able to stand first in class 10th (80.6%). Many people here at Bal Niketan are giving me support for my studies and are guiding me. For the future, I am interested in the Web Designer.
